ispo summer 2006

The Wearable Technologies Show first appeared at the ispo summer 2006, offering a platform upon which to establish a community among the sports and fashion industries and IT, communications, and high-tech sectors. The show took place at stand organised by Navispace AG, and featured presentations of the wearable technologies products produced by over 30 international companies such as Bogner Jeans, O’Neil, Simpak, SCOTTeVEST, Interactive Wear, and Eleksen. The core of the show platform was a designer stand that brought equal attention to both functionality and lifestyle aspects of the wearable technologies products featured. The highlight of the three-day show was a podium discussion on the topic “Wearable Technologies – Today and Tomorrow” featuring an international line-up of speakers.
