Organic & Printed Electronics Everywhere!

Today was the last day of LOPEC ( Large-area, Organic & Printed Electronics Convention) celebrated in Munich. The leading trade fair and the most important congress for the printed electronics industry featured 133 exhibitors from 19 countries and more than 2,300 visitors, over half of them international from different 42 countries and WT | Wearable Technologies couldn’t miss it either. 

Among us were also companies such us our long term partners VTT showcasing hybrid and stretchable electronics for wearable technologies & IoT.

Schott was also there with their ultra thin glass, something that we already learnt last year by the hand of Dr. Feng He at the Hong Kong Conference in 2015!

Holst Centre, an industrial R&D center that develops technologies for wireless autonomous sensor technologies and flexible electronics was also at LOPEC.

Bosch-Rexroth, with its cutting-edge technology and unique industry knowledge was also there demoing innovations for machine manufacturers and end users.

DuPont Teijin Films producer of PET and PEN polyester films with heritage over 50 years also showcased their latest technologies.

Last but not least in the long list of companies showcasing new technologies at LOPEC was Heraeus, offers a large portfolio of materials and technologies for printed electronics. These include conductive polymers and printing pastes as well as process technologies such as specialty light sources.
