Healthstyles That Will Help You Live Healthy and Boost Mental Abilities

Healthstyle life

We all know what health is. It is the ability of a biological system to acquire, allocate, convert, distribute, and utilize energy sustainably. In its 1948 constitution, the World Health Organization (WHO) defined human health as “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” Now, a question may arise, “So, what’s Healthstyle?” The answer to that is the way or the style through which we treat our health. For example, when sitting down do you sit upright or bend over on your elbows on a table? How about when eating? Do you sit in front of the TV holding a fork in one hand and your cell phone in the other? The style in which you conduct yourself from the moment you wake up until the moment you go to bed are your personal health style. At our WT | Wearable Technologies Conference Asia 2018 in Singapore August 30-31, we will highlight great thought leaders and innovators from all over the globe. The companies and their leaders speaking at the conference are listed below. Do not miss the chance to meet and listen to them in person and join us for #WTASIA18!
