Klik, paired with a connected, clickable attendee badge, features attendee tracking, gamification and an app for attendees to manage their profile and access vital information about the event. Using the platform, event organizers can view real-time event statistics including overall attendance, check-in, and footfall in specific zones. Custom post-event reports are also provided by PixMob.

The klik wearables keep attendees engaged by encouraging real human interactions, with a simple click of the badge, button or bump of the wristband. It lets you create a memorable and playful atmosphere at the event with the option of three interactive, light up wearables.

The device allows delegates to connect by pressing a button on each wearable, and can draw on the data via an accompanying mobile app.

Klik was officially launched in the UK by Crystal Interactive. The company is the sole supplier of the new technology in the country.

Chris Elmitt, managing director at Crystal Interactive, believes the data collection and location intelligence capabilities will produce real-time insights for event organizers that are unparalleled.

“We are extremely excited to bring klik to UK event organizers for the first time.  We have been actively looking for new technology partnerships for the last 12 months but none of us expected to find something as transformative for live events as klik.  As importantly as adding a technology solution that really resonates with our client base, in klik we have found a team whose commitment to innovation and service excellence mirrors our own,” Elmitt said.

“Klik’s powerful data collection and location intelligence capabilities provide unprecedented levels of real-time insights for attendees, event planners and conference organizers alike.  These deeper levels of insights into attendee behavior provide meeting organizers with a detailed picture, of where, when and how attendees are interacting, allowing for much more targeted marketing, post show.”
