Leaf Chakra, available in Love and Power varieties, features patented technology that tracks your activity, sleep and menstrual cycle, and combines this into a single metric which lets you know how stressed you are. You can then choose from about 20 different guided mediations and breathing techniques designed to help you relax.

Chakras are the body’s specific energy centers. The concept is found in the early traditions of Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. There are seven chakras in the human body. Each energy center serves a specific purpose such as managing emotional well-being or building resistance to disease. When one chakra becomes blocked or out of sync, it can negatively impact both psychological and physical health. Thanks to Leaf Chakra’s proprietary technology, the product allows users to become aware of their resistance to stress and how to manage it and better take care of themselves.
