Cybershoes GmbH, a Vienna, Austria-based company that creates affordable and easy to use VR accessory, is showcased its Cybershoes®, an affordable, innovative VR accessory that is worn on your feet, and allows you to literally walk, run or flee through virtual reality, at the CES 2019 in January.

Cybershoes recently unveiled its newly redesigned prototype featuring an improved grip for faster and smoother turning at the CES 2019 in January.

When playing VR games, you are required to sit in a swivel bar stool and strap the cybershoes directly onto your feet. The shoes compatible with any VR game, and function with SteamVR, the HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, Windows Mixed Reality, and Pimax.

The Cybershoes are affordable, easy to setup and features advanced immersion through natural movement by letting players control their in-game movement by actually walking in place.

“With the Cybershoes at your feet, all of your moments are controlled by your own physical movement, so you can feel like you’re exploring ancient dwarven ruins or fleeing from a grasping horde of the undead,” said press release.
