Aditi has over 12 years of experience in the Adhesives and Healthcare Industry. She started her career at Henkel with increased responsibilities as Global Product Line Manager.

Moving into medical devices with different roles in Strategic Marketing, she has successfully launched medical device products in blood pressure monitoring, vital signs monitoring, and endoscopic visualization. These projects included managing the process from concept to commercialization with full sales and marketing launch responsibilities and leading cross-functional R&D, communications, and regulatory teams.

Currently, as the Business Unit Manager for FLEXcon, Aditi is responsible for leading the development of a Growth Strategy for FLEXcon within the Healthcare market. Working closely together with Product Management, Sales, R&D, and Marketing Communications to position FLEXcon for the future.

Aditi has a B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering from NC State University, an M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, and an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Duke University.

Aditi is a world traveler and avid cross-fitter. She and her fiancé Josh currently live in Raleigh, NC, and have a 11-year-old, 95lb Goldendoodle named Beans and a 4-year-old Irishdoodle named Moose, both, of who like to take her for walks.
