Charles Nduka is the founder of Emteq Labs a UK-based company making emotion-sensing glasses technology suitable for VR headsets and AR glasses. A medical graduate of both Oxford and Imperial College, Charles trained as a facial reconstructive surgeon focused on treating facial muscle paralysis. This work led him and his team to develop wearable facial muscle sensing and behavioural analysis systems for research, rehabilitation, and training. Emteq’s technology is also in use by leading researchers and content creators to objectively measure responses to real-life and immersive experiences.
