Kate Layser joined Henkel (National Starch & Chemical at the time) in 2005 after completing her Chemical Engineering Degree from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. She currently manages Henkel’s Printed Electronics business in North America. Kate has spent her entire career within Henkel and has held several different roles. She began in field technical service and management in the Milwaukee area serving all industrial adhesive applications in the Midwest. Kate later moved to the East Coast and into business & market development, serving various markets, including packaging, tapes, labels, and graphics. She lives outside Philadelphia, PA, with her husband and three children. She loves traveling, reading, and playing golf!
