Sean C. Sansiveri serves as General Counsel & Head of Business for the National Football League Players Association’s for-profit subsidiary, NFL Players Inc., the 20thlargest licensor in the world. In that role Mr. Sansiveri manages various legal and business initiatives, including negotiating complex licensing transactions with the NFL, Fanatics, Draft Kings, Electronic Arts, Panini and many others. Mr. Sansiveri also leads the NFLPA’s health and safety initiatives, including athlete data protection and commercialization. Most recently, Mr. Sansiveri directed the NFLPA’s efforts to implement COVID-19 Protocols. He also authored the NFL-NFLPA standardized protocols governing the evaluation and management of concussions. This work further includes a robust medical research portfolio consisting of long-term partnerships with Harvard Medical School, Cleveland Clinic, the Dementia Discovery Fund and the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Fund. Mr. Sansiveri serves on the board of the American Brain Foundation and is an adjunct professor for Georgetown University, School of Continuing Studies.
