Thousands of companies showcased their latest connected devices, except for Apple, of course. But like each year, this year’s CES didn’t disappoint attendants. From 5G networks to rollable TVs, CES 2019 was full of excitement. Here’s our list of the best wearables showcased at the CES 2019.

HTC Vive Cosmos
HTC showed off its latest Virtual Reality headset called Vive Cosmos. The company is trying hard to bring more people into the VR scene, and the Cosmos is the Taiwanese company’s latest step in doing that. HTC was one of the early advocates of VR, which gathered extreme publicity. But it sort of stumbled because consumers shied away from the expensive equipment and the clunky devices that were available back then.
Now, with Vive Cosmos, HTC wants to bring those people back to virtual reality. The Cosmos is expected to launch later this year, but the company kept mum on offering more details on the device. Only tidbit they produced was that the Cosmos will need to be tethered to a computer and require cables like its higher-end Vive siblings, reports CNet.
Exosystems exoRehab
Exosystems launched exoRehab, a wearable device that gamifies a patient’s rehab stint to make it less cumbersome. Most conventional rehab methods only provide firm, rigid ways to exercise and recover. exoRehab, on the other hand, aims to provide the most effective and efficient rehab by inducing joy, providing personalized physical and electrical stimulation programs based on the user’s musculoskeletal data. To help elevate patients’ muscular rehab experience, exoRehab set out to fix one of their biggest complaints: tedious exercises. This includes repeating, boring movements in out-of-the-way hospitals.
Withings Move ECG
After Apple’s success with its Series 4 watch with ECG, Withings is now looking to follow suit with its Move ECG smartwatch. The watch looks similar to the type of analog-hybrid smartwatches that have always been Withings’s trademark.
“For the first time, an analog watch gives you the opportunity to take an ECG anytime and anywhere. With its 12-month battery life, and electrocardiogram on demand, Move ECG means you’ll never miss an AFib episode. In addition, this soon-to-be FDA-cleared device is a water-resistant activity tracker that gives you extra motivation to move more with automatic walk, run, and swim tracking plus an altimeter for stair climbing,” says Withings.
Matrix PowerWatch 2
Matrix Power Watch 2 was the unofficial winner in the best emerging tech category. The smartwatch, loaded with features like step count, heart rate monitor, notification and GPS, needs only body heat and solar power to run.

The PowerWatch 2 is a follow-up to last year’s PowerWatch X that was powered entirely by the body heat emitted from your wrist. The PowerWatch 2 also has gesture control and audio/haptic feedback, features that are common on today’s smartwatches. The company included always-on GPS and a heart rate monitor this time, which were sorely missed on its other watches. At $499, the PowerWatch 2 falls in the high-end category, but it is available for pre-order now, with a special early price of $200.
